De RTA ZOB app bevat alle regionale transmurale afspraken die voor de regio Zuidoost Brabant gelden. De transmurale centra HaCa, THEMA en TransMáx hebben als doel de samenwerking in de zorg te bevorderen, en hebben in gezamenlijkheid de RTA ZOB app ontworpen om hier een bijdrage aan te leveren.
De app bevat naast de afspraken ook de nieuwsbrieven van de transmurale centra. Voor gebruikers met een inlogcode voor het Smoelenboek zijn de contactgegevens van huisartsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en medisch specialisten toegankelijk via de app.
The RTA ZOB app contains all regional transmural agreements that apply to the Southeast Brabant region. The transmural centers HaCa, THEMA and TransMáx aim to promote cooperation in healthcare, and jointly designed the RTA ZOB app to contribute to this.
In addition to the agreements, the app also contains the newsletters of the transmural centers. For users with a log-in code for the Smoelenboek, the contact details of general practitioners, specialists in geriatric medicine and medical specialists can be accessed via the app.
